• To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
• Ensure the product is unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and free from damage or alterations.

Initiating a Return:

• If approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send the package.
• Postage for returns will only be provided if the item is damaged upon receipt.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
• If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
• Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, the return policy applies.
